90°: Tap, Turn, Survive ("the Game") is operated by Fil.Technology ("we", "us"). We built the Game to collect as little data as possible. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contact details.
Your gameplay progression (scores, coins, unlocked cosmetics, selected themes, and preferences) is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud key-value storage so your progress can be restored on a new device. We cannot read your iCloud data. Deleting the Game removes local data, except where your device backups preserve it.
If you enable Game Center, leaderboard scores are submitted through Apple's systems under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Apple ID or contact information.
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage ownership of what you bought. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated app user identifier, your purchase history, and basic device and country information. No payment details ever reach us.
If you use the invite-a-friend feature, a randomly generated install identifier is used to credit both players with their reward. This identifier is not linked to your name or contact details.
If you have opted into sharing diagnostics in your device settings, Apple may send us anonymized crash and performance data. We use it only to improve stability.
The Game contains no third-party advertisements and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
The Game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; gameplay requires no identifying details.
We apply standard protective measures. On-device data persists until you remove it; purchase records follow Apple's and RevenueCat's retention schedules.
You can delete all on-device data by deleting the Game. You can disable Game Center or iCloud for the Game in iOS Settings at any time.
