By downloading or playing 90°: Tap, Turn, Survive ("the Game"), operated by Fil.Technology, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal entertainment, subject to Apple's standard end-user license agreement.
Coins, hearts, and cosmetic items are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. You receive a limited right to use them inside the Game; we may modify or remove virtual items as part of updating the Game. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or Apple policy.

Leaderboards are provided through Apple Game Center. We may remove scores we reasonably suspect were obtained through cheating.
The Game, including its design, artwork, audio, characters, and code, is owned by Fil.Technology and protected by applicable law. These terms grant you no ownership rights.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, without liability and without guaranteeing continued availability.
Our Privacy Policy describes how the Game handles data.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fil.Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or progress.
The Game is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, please review these terms with a parent or guardian before making purchases.
We may update these terms by posting a new version at this address with a new date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, except where the consumer protection rules of your place of residence apply.
